Single-origin seed, hand-sorted, then pressed in a slow-turning wooden ghani. The oil never crosses 40°C, so nothing is cooked out of it. No solvent, no bleaching earth, no deodorising.
Keep the bottle capped, away from direct sun and the stove. Cold pressed oil keeps six months from the press date printed on the label — and it is fine to use after that, it simply loses aroma. Coconut oil solidifies below 24°C; stand the bottle in warm water to liquefy it.
A little cloudiness or fine sediment is normal and expected. Refined oil is clear because it has been bleached and filtered through earth; ours is only settled and cotton-filtered. Shake gently before use.
